MEET THE PASTOR: JOHN DURANTE
We began with 7 people in our living room December 3rd 2006, since then we have seen God move in people’s lives for salvation and sanctification. Our vision through which all our ministries filter is to provide a place for people to worship God and serve Him as He would guide us. We believe we were created for worship and that service to God as an extension of our worship is the most satisfaction we will experience while we wait for our eternal inheritance. Our adult Sunday services begin with a contemporary style of music to lead us into praise and worship through song. Praise and worship is followed by verse-by-verse study through entire books of the bible seeking discipleship from the entire council of Gods word. Finally, we have a time of hospitality where people are encouraged to pray together and break bread with each other while developing relationships that continue well beyond official church functions.
If deep down you know that you have not found satisfaction in life through everything you've tried so far, would you consider asking Jesus to forgive you of your sin and offer Him His rightful place in your life? We would also like to invite you to attend any of our public services and experience the love of Christ expressed through His people at Jersey Shore Calvary Chapel.
Sincerely,
Pastor John Durante

NKJV
Rom 12:1-2"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."

Acts 2:46-47"So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved."
